At Basil Bounty Organics, we strive to ensure every bottle of organic cold-pressed oil we ship brings purity and health to your home. However, as our products are pure food-grade items, our return policy is crafted specifically to maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been processed or dispatched. Once the order enters the "Processing" stage (where our extraction and bottling process has begun), cancellations may not be possible.

Refunds & Redelivery

While we do not offer traditional "returns" for essential food products to ensure zero contamination, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee in the following cases:

• Damaged on Arrival: If your Oils arrive in a damaged or leaked state due to transit, please take a photo immediately and share it with us.
• Incorrect Item: If you received a different oil variety or bottle size than what you ordered.
• Quality Concerns: If you believe there is a genuine quality issue with the aroma, purity, or consistency that falls below our premium standards.

Timeline for Claims

Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your package. Since our cold-pressed Oils are sensitive to extreme temperatures and light exposure, we cannot process claims reported later than this window.

Processing Your Request

Once your claim is validated by our quality control team, we will either:

• Process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Ship a fresh replacement bottle at no extra cost to you.
